What to expect when we pull up

Five minutes of prep on your end, and the rest is handled. Here's exactly how a mobile detail goes.

Parking space

One stall plus a car-length of clear room on each side.

Water

Not needed — the truck carries its own tank.

Power

Not needed — everything runs off onboard power.

You, present

Not needed once we have vehicle access.

Your prep checklist

None of this is required — but each one makes the finished result noticeably better.

A driveway, garage, or parking stall with roughly one car-length of clear space on each side. Shade is ideal but not required.

Take out car seats, gym bags, tools, loose change, and anything valuable. The more that's out, the deeper the clean.

Trunks and cargo areas are included on Full and Premium Details, but only if they're empty enough to vacuum.

We need to move the vehicle, open the doors, and run the windows. Hand off the key or leave it in a spot we agree on.

Pet hair, coffee spills, smoke odor, sap, or a scratch you're worried about — tell Conner when you book so the right tools come along.

Don't run it through a car wash first. We'd rather see it dirty so nothing gets missed.

The day before
You get a text confirming the arrival window, your service, and your final price. Reply with any changes — add-ons can still be added.
Arrival
Conner arrives in the branded truck with his own water and power, walks the vehicle with you, and points out anything he sees.
During the detail
You don't need to be there. Go to work, run errands, stay inside — nothing is needed from you once he has access.
Final inspection
Every job ends with a walk-around under raking light. Panels, glass, jams, and interior touch points get a last pass.
Handoff & payment
A quick walk-through together, then payment by card, cash, or Venmo (@greenmobileautodetailing). If something isn't right, say so on the spot — he'll fix it.
